Terms and Conditions

Thank you for placing your order with Bella Sera Bridal. Please review all terms and conditions below and contact us with any questions prior to placing your order. Bridal gown orders will be placed as soon as we have received a completed measurement form, signed contract and 50% deposit from bride. Bridal party orders will be placed as soon as we have received a completed measurement form, signed contract and 50% deposit from all bridal party members. The cost of the gown(s) is specified on the attached pages. If you are unsure of gown pricing, please contact Bella Sera Bridal prior to submitting payment information.

Ordering
To order your gown, please submit a completed measurement form with required measurements, gown style number or name, fabric color and dress length. Bella Sera may require additional information depending on the designer's requirements. We will consult with you and ask you to submit that information in writing if that is the case. In addition, please review all terms and submit a completed contract form with deposit.

Sizing
Bella Sera prefers that all measurements be taken by a professional seamstress or tailor to ensure best fit. Sizes may vary by designer and can be determined by submitting accurate measurements. Bella Sera will contact you with the actual size of the gown ordered. Please keep in mind that it is better to order a gown that is slightly larger, because it can be altered to fit perfectly. Bella Sera is not responsible for any incorrectly submitted measurements that we did not take ourselves.

Color
Due to variations in dye lots, fabric colors shown on a sample, color chart or website may vary from the actual fabric received. Bella Sera is not responsible for variations in gown color. We do our best to ensure that all gowns are created in one dye lot by submitting the gown order for the entire bridal party at one time.

Payment
Bella Sera requires a 50% deposit on all gown orders prior to placing the order with the designer. Payments can be made by submitting credit card information, a personal check or cash. Deposits will not be returned in the event of a cancellation. Bella Sera reserves the right to charge a $25 fee for any returned checks. A 5% sales tax will be added to all orders. Final payment is due when the order arrives at Bella Sera. Gown alterations may be necessary and will be charged separately if you decide to have alterations performed through Bella Sera Bridal.

Discounts
All bridal party members will receive a 10% discount off their gowns if their bride purchases her gown with Bella Sera.

Delivery
Lead times vary with each designer. Bella Sera will notify the bride when the order has been placed and inform her of anticipated lead time. Bella Sera is not responsible for variations in designer lead times. Bella Sera is not responsible for any manufacturers or designers that go out of business or for manufacturers or designers who are otherwise unable to meet the specifications of this order. Bella Sera will contact the bride when the order has arrived and arrange for fittings, alterations or pick up.

Returns
All sales are final. No returns or exchanges are permitted without the consent of an authorized Bella Sera representative. If an extenuating circumstance occurs, Bella Sera reserves the right to accept or refuse a return or exchange.
