Appointment Types

This appointment is for a guest of an event looking for a cocktail dress, pantsuit or gown. Your appointment time is 2 hours.
Booking a bridal appointment with Bella Sera ensures you work one-on-one with a trained stylist, who will guide you through this entire process. You’ll also receive a styling chat prior to arrival, so that we can capture the important details about your wedding day vision. We require a credit card to hold your appointment. This assures we will have a staff member dedicated to working with you. We will only charge your card if you cancel within 24 hours, or do not show up for your appointment. The fee is $25 for a missed appointment. This appointment is 2 hours.
Booking a mother of the bride/groom appointment with Bella Sera ensures you work one-on-one with a trained stylist, who will guide you through this entire process. You will have lots of questions along the way, so it’s best to book an appointment slot, so that we may assist you properly. We require a credit card to hold your appointment. This assures we will have a staff member dedicated to working with you. We will only charge your card if you cancel within 24 hours, or do not show up for your appointment. The fee is $25 for a missed appointment. This appointment is 2 hours.
If you are nervous about the idea of trying on gowns, we have an appointment tailored to giving you the gentle love you deserve! You will book our private VIBE suite and be offered lavender lemon water, soothing music and our expertise in helping you find the perfect gown. You’ll also receive a small gift, a sketch of your gown and a private alterations appointment in the same suite. Prior to your appointment, you’ll be invited to fill out a styling chat form and have the option of a call with one of our owners to chat about expectations. The fee for this appointment is $250. This appointment is 2 hours.
Book a private appointment in our VIBE Lounge with one of our award winning shop owners, Lisa or Heidi. You will receive an in depth styling chat form to kick things off. You’ll be able to choose the treats and beverages served at this appointment. We can customize the appointment with a theme. You’ll also receive a free small gift, a monogrammed tag with your wedding date sewn into your gown, a personalized playlist, a coupon for our VIBE Boutique and a sketch of your bridal gown. You will also be guaranteed alterations in the VIBE suite away from the rest of our guests. This experience is $350. This appointment is 3 hours.
Book a private appointment in our VIBE Lounge with both of our award winning shop owners, Lisa and Heidi. You will receive an in depth styling chat form to kick things off. You’ll be able to choose the treats and beverages served at this appointment. We can customize the appointment with a theme. You’ll also receive a free small gift, a monogrammed tag with your wedding date sewn into your gown, a personalized playlist, a coupon for our VIBE Boutique and a sketch of your bridal gown. You will also be guaranteed a follow up accessories styling appointment and alterations in the VIBE suite away from the rest of our guests. This experience is $500. This appointment is 3 hours.
Whether you bought your gown with us or not, perfection is in the details. A personal stylist will help you navigate our selections and make styling suggestions on jackets, jewelry, veils, sashes, hair pieces, belts, appliqués and more. We require a credit card to hold your appointment. This assures we will have a staff member dedicated to working with you. We will only charge your card if you cancel within 24 hours, or do not show up for your appointment. The fee is $25 for a missed appointment. This appointment is 1.5 hours.
